02. Planning & Concept Finalization

• Together we define the format (dry, wet, treats), ingredients, nutrition, and pricing.
• We set a product direction that fits your brand image.

03. Design & Prototyping

• Packaging design, including logo, nutrition facts, and safety information.
• Small-batch prototypes and final spec agreement.

04. Mass Production & Dispatch

• Full-scale production based on the agreed manufacturing cost and margin.
• Daily quality and safety checks on the production floor.

05. Quality Inspection & Release
